Locally sourced Canterbury beef with extra chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, garlic and peppercorns. A delicate flavour complimented by warm heat and bold spices to liven things up.

Pork-free. We are not halal-certified yet however, our meat is sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.

Meat: Beef, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Peppercorns, Smoked Paprika, Water, Cure mix(5%): Salt, Soy Protein, Sugar, Rice Flour, Spices, Flavour Enhancer(621), Maize, Antioxidant(316), Acidity Regulator(331), Preservative(250), Fermented Red Rice.
