Where do we source our ingredients?

Our meat is locally sourced from conscientious farmers who respect the animals they care for. Ingredients are our inspiration and we seek out the best and freshest, from local suppliers wherever possible.

Is it Free-range or Free farmed?

Our Lamb is Canterbury farmed, the Venison is locally sourced, and our Pork is from New Zealand.

Is your Salami Gluten Free?

Yes, all our Salami is Gluten Free

Is your Salami Dairy Free?

Yes, all our Salami is Dairy Free

What do you smoke your Salami with?

We smoke all of our salami naturally using Manuka smoke
