Ingredient list: Meat: Venison/Pork (94%), Garlic, Cracked Pepper, Water, Cure mix (5%): Salt, Soy Protein, Sugar, Rice Flour, Spices, Maize, Antioxidant (316), Acidity Regulator (331), Preservative (250), Fermented Red Rice.

Weight information: We have introduced a slightly smaller full size (400g) for just $20, and have phased out our previous full size.
