Meat to be deboned must be dropped directly to the factory in Christchurch, or sent frozen.

We craft your Cured Salami with Season . Smoke . Time .
Average processing time is 3 weeks.
It does take us a little time to craft your Cured Salami and small goods, but once we have them ready for collection they will be aged to perfection and vacuum packed, ready for you to eat, give as a gift or freeze for a later date.

Meat to be deboned can be dropped directly to our factory in Christchurch.
Monday to Friday mornings between 6am - 12pm.
Alternatively you can freeze your boned meat and send it to us. We will contact you when it arrives to confirm the weight and discuss your requirements.
