Locally sourced Canterbury lamb with the classic additions of rosemary and thyme then seasoned with black cracked pepper and garlic.
Pork and Beef free. We are not halal-certified yet however, our Lamb is sourced from Halal certified suppliers.
Ingredient list: Meat: Lamb (94%), Garlic, Black Cracked Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Water, Cure mix (5%): Salt, Soy Protein, Sugar, Rice Flour, Spices, Maize, Antioxidant (316), Acidity Regulator (331), Preservative (250), Fermented Red Rice.
Weight information: We have introduced a slightly smaller full size (400g) for just $20, and have phased out our previous full and half sizes.
Good to know: All meats are locally sourced. Gluten, Dairy and MSG Free.
