We take your clean meat, add our natural ingredients, and use traditional techniques with a touch of Manuka smoke to produce your very own delicious Cured Salami.

We can also make a range of small goods with any meat surplus to your Salami order.

We take your clean meat, add our natural ingredients, and use traditional techniques with a touch of Manuka smoke to produce your very own delicious Cured Salami

We can take a mix of meats from you but we do require a minimum quantity of 10kg per flavour for Salami, Bier Sticks or Sausages

We can also make a range of small goods with any meat surplus to your Salami / Bier Sticks / Sausages order we require 5kg min. for Patties or Mince.

If you don't have 10kg of meat you'll have the option to add our own free-farmed Beef, Pork or Venison.

TO MAKE AN ORDER

If you have clean meat ready to go and can drop off to our Christchurch factory, make your order above.


If you have meat to be de-boned, this needs to be delivered to our Christchurch Factory directly.

Then drop off your meat to our Cured Factory, 10 Pope St, Addington, Christchurch, 8011

Monday to Friday between 6 am to 12pm.

Or if you are within Canterbury, Kaikoura or the West Coast we can arrange a courier to collect your carcas at an additional cost. Your boning cost will be charged at the time of delivery, and your order details confirmed by our butcher.

MEAT

Requirements;

Please provide cuts of meat, clean of fur, guts, grass, shot and shit – “What you send, will be made!”

We can take a mix of meats from you but require a minimum quantity of 10kg per salami flavour.

We can also make a range of small goods with any meat surplus to your salami order.

The leaner the meat the better.

Weigh your meat carefully before sending.

If you require our shipping service we will send you a packing box in advance of the courier arriving for collection.

Meat to be deboned must be dropped directly to the factory in Christchurch or courier arranged location dependant.

SIZES

Please note;

Minimum order is 10kg per flavour and this will make approximately 16/18 Salamis.

If sending a mix of meats we still require a minimum total quantity of 10kg.

All small goods also require a minimum quantity of meat to process each product but our butcher will discuss this with you.

SHIPPING

Door to Door Shipping - using our courier (boneless only) - Fulfilment time 3-4 Weeks.

Pick Up / Drop Off - to our factory (de-boning service available) - Fulfilment time 2-3 Weeks.

Drop off / Courier Return - (de-boning service available) Fulfilment time 3-4 Weeks.

Carcasses or Meat for Deboning: - this needs to be delivered to our Christchurch Factory directly or we can arrange collection by courier at an additional cost depending on location.


Door to Door Shipping:
Using our nationwide door to door service the fulfilment time increases slightly to between 3-4 Weeks.
This does require a business address where someone will be present.

Most locations are serviceable for the courier; however we treat all addresses on a case by case basis.

If there are any concerns with your address we will make other arrangements with you.

We can provide a 'nearest town' drop off location if preferred.


Pick Up / Drop Off to our Factory:

Fulfilment time is between 2-3 Weeks.

Cured Factory is open Monday to Friday between 7am to 12pm
